Zeaulu AI Playbook ManualBeginner-friendly guide plus every copy-ready prompt in one Word document.

Foundation

Master AI Playbook Builder

Give this prompt to your preferred AI program to build a connected AI operating system instead of a loose collection of prompts.

  • Creates the complete playbook architecture.
  • Builds teams, routing modes, quality gates, and memory rules.
  • Produces modular prompts and one master instruction block.

Personal Operating Profile Builder

Teaches the AI how you work, what good looks like, and which preferences should shape every future result.

  • Captures goals, audiences, formats, and recurring work.
  • Avoids asking for information already known.
  • Separates durable preferences from task-specific details.

AI Operating Constitution

Creates the durable rules the AI must follow on every assignment.

  • Defines behavior before task-specific prompts.
  • Prioritizes accuracy, audience, evidence, and preservation.
  • Creates clear escalation and stopping rules.

Team and Routing

  • Do not invent metrics.
  • Keep red, yellow, green status colors where meaningful.
  • Run preview, export, and regression checks before delivery.

New Release Protocol

Do not call a build ready until engineering, presentation design, CSM workflow, dealer experience, and a deliberate red-team review have independently approved it.

  • Engineering approval: confirms routing, video playback, interactive reports, links, source processing, and exports function correctly.
  • Presentation-design approval: reviews every slide for alignment, hierarchy, branding, overlap, spacing, readability, and consistent styling.
  • CSM workflow approval: builds an actual EBR from start to finish without development knowledge or hidden workarounds.
  • Dealer-experience approval: verifies the video is obvious and works, the report is clearly interactive, the content is understandable, recommendations make sense, and nothing looks internal, broken, duplicated, or confusing.
  • Mandatory red-team test: assigns one reviewer to deliberately find defects rather than confirm success.
